La bouche est fruit\u00e9e avec de la jutosit\u00e9, de la suavit\u00e9 et de la min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 apportant de la fraicheur. Il y a une bonne d\u00e9finition, une trame acidul\u00e9e et une certaine \u00e9nergie avec un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tra\u00e7ant et discr\u00e8tement serr\u00e9.
