L&#8217;accord mets\/vin \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 par Nelson Chow, Sommelier \u00e9m\u00e9rite et pr\u00e9sident de l&#8217;association de sommelerie de Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en-->The &#8220;Wine &amp; Dine Festival&#8221; is a great celebration of french wine and food in Hong Kong (it would be an equivalent of &#8220;Bordeaux F\u00eate le Vin&#8221; in France).
