Le “Wine & Dine Festival” est une grande fête du vin et des mets français à Hong Kong (une équivalence à notre Bordeaux Fête le Vin). Le 2 novembre 2014, le Château Cantenac 2010 a été servi par l’équipe nationale culinaire de Hong Kong (avec Chef Eddy) sur un Rôti de Filet de Boeuf Braisé en douceur pendant 12 heures. L’accord mets/vin à été décidé par Nelson Chow, Sommelier émérite et président de l’association de sommelerie de Hong Kong.
The “Wine & Dine Festival” is a great celebration of french wine and food in Hong Kong (it would be an equivalent of “Bordeaux Fête le Vin” in France). On the 2nd of November 2014, Château Cantenac has been served during this event by the Hong Kong Culinary National Team (with Chef Eddy) and paired by Nelson Chow (chairman of the HK Sommelerie Association) to match a “Slow Roasted Beef Terderloin” (12 hours).
