GRAND VIN

Grand Cru « Classic » with an elegant and luminous robe. The nose is characterized with aromas of ripe fruits, undergrowth and fine spices nicely blended with notes of toasted oak. The palate is fleshy, structured by noble tannins and sweet spices. The finish is long, balanced and harmonious.

VINEYARDS : 19 hectares, West Saint-Emilion Ouest – 6600 vines/ha – 35 years old average
TERROIR/SOIL:
sand on gravel and/or clay 
ASSEMBLAGE/BLEND: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernets
VINIFICATION & AGING: By vineyard plot, 18 months including 12 months of aging in Bordeaux barrels.
PRODUCTION: 3000 à 4500 cases

SERVICE: 16-18 °C – Decant 45 minutes

CONSUMPTION:  best starting from 5 years after the vintage

PRESERVATION: bottle flat, no light, fresh and stable temperatures, stored in a place without undesirable smells
